Anti lag

Anti lag is a system that keeps the turbo spinning when the driver lets off the throttle. This results in less turbo lag when the driver steps on the throttle again.

Decat

Decat is applied to cars that do not have a catalyst in the exhaust range. After removing the catalyst, the ECU will detect this, which may cause error messages. Therefore, this must be adjusted software-wise.

DTC removal

DTC's, also known as Diagnostic Trouble Codes, are electronic messages in cases of problems with the engine or transmission. They can be switched off when the causes are found and solved.

Start & Stop off

A Start & Stop system is a system that is shutting off the engine when the engine runs stationary. The system can be turned off in a lot of cars via a button, but sometimes it isn't possible. For those cars, the Start & Stop system can be switched off in the engine management system.

Launch control

Launch control manages engine speed and torque delivery the moment the car pulls away, holding revs at a preset point and limiting wheelspin so the launch is repeatable instead of depending on throttle feel. It is enabled in the engine management software on vehicles whose hardware already supports it.

Pop & Bang

Pop and bang is the principle of antilag, but then in coast down condition.

Vmax removal

It is possible to remove the Vmax, which basically is a speed limiter. Nowadays, a lot of cars have a speed limiter and that means that the full potential of the car isn't reached.
